Chianti 

Dry, or Fruity, medium body, or strong and bold.  Chianti’s are made with primarily Sangiovese grapes and then blended with a very small percentage of two white grapes.

Amarone

Amarone della Valpolicella is produced in the Venetian region of Italy. Amarone’s are fermented longer giving it higher alcohol content.  These wines are very smooth, yet bold, with full flavor and body.  Ripasso’s are considered Baby Amarone’s.  They are not aged as long but before being bottle they are ran through the barrels that the Amarone’s were held to give it a very smooth flavor that the Amarone’s have.

Montepulciano

These wines are produce in the Central Part of Italy in the region of Abruzzi. This wine is dry with delicate aromas of violet and an intense bouquet.

Barbaresco are produced from Nebbiolo grapes. This grape is one of the renowned red grapes.  This wine is well structured, full bodied and well balanced.
